With a shortened timeline to execute this tentpole event, limited staff to manage all event content and logistics, and ongoing COVID-19 challenges, we were able to produce a successful three-day event with record-breaking NPS, CSAT, and overall event sentiment scores.
Project
Our goals for the Amazon Freight Partner’s inaugural in-person event were to educate, inspire, connect, and celebrate our partners through educational sessions, executive keynotes, and ample networking opportunities.
I planned and wrote the main stage keynotes: The Future of Transportation, AFP Innovation and Program Announcements, and The Climate Pledge: Amazon’s Commitment to Sustainability. This included determining content, writing talking points, developing PowerPoint presentations, prepping executives to deliver, and working with stakeholders in Product, Sustainability, PR, Legal, and leadership to fine tune the content. I also led the creative team that executed overall event branding, copy, design, and communications.
Outcome
We exceeded all of our event goals and achieved the highest rated net promoter score (NPS) and overall customer satisfaction score (CSAT) for any Amazon community to date.
The keynotes I owned averaged a 96% CSAT score
Exceeded pre-registration goal by 14%
Exceeded NPS goal by 29%
Exceeded CSAT goal by 22%
