I developed and launched the Amazon Freight Partner branding, messaging, and style guide based off of customer research.
I led cross-department brand exploration to define, develop, and launch the Seattle Symphony’s Voice and Tone Guide.
At both Amazon and the Seattle Symphony, I developed guidance on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
I led web and content development for the opening of Octave 9, a new performance venue at Benaroya Hall.
I developed the name for Amazon Freight Partner’s digital community, app, and event, gaining cross-departmental consensus.

At the Symphony and Amazon, I launched Digital Access Management systems to organize and make accessible our creative assets, and Asana, a team and project management tool, to simplify intake and create transparency around project statuses.
I project managed the development and launch of the Seattle Symphony’s new website in 2021.

For the Seattle Symphony’s record label, I developed international marketing and localization initiatives to reach customers in France (targeted for French composer/conductor), Denmark (targeted for Danish Music Director Thomas Dausgaard), and across Asia.
As marketing manager for Lily Tomlin Live, I created a sold-out VIP meet-and-greet experience with Lily Tomlin, a model adopted for all future VIP meet-and-greet events at The 5th Avenue Theatre.
